Vault18 combines password management, secrets sharing, MFA, encrypted files, and browser autofill in an organization-isolated SaaS workspace.
Passwords and federated logins
Store usernames, passwords, website addresses, and sign-in methods including Google and GitHub. Password history, favorites, archives, tags, and security findings help teams maintain credentials over time.
API keys, tokens, and secure notes
Keep API keys, service tokens, configuration secrets, and sensitive notes beside login records. Every vault payload is encrypted in the browser before it is sent to Vault18 infrastructure.
MFA codes and recovery
Save optional TOTP secrets and generate time-based authentication codes inside the unlocked vault. A user-held recovery kit can replace a forgotten master password without giving Vault18, Oronzo, support staff, or organization administrators a decryption key.
Granular organization sharing
Organization administrators invite members and assign records individually. Available access levels include one-time view, read only, edit, create, read and write, and admin. A member who is not assigned a record does not see it.
Encrypted attachments
Attach encrypted documents to records. Encryption and authentication happen before upload, while short-lived authorized links are used only to transfer ciphertext.
Browser extension autofill
Vault18 packages extensions for Chromium browsers, Firefox, and Safari conversion. Autofill uses exact-origin matching, keeps the synchronized vault encrypted at rest, and locks the decrypted extension session after inactivity.
Multi-tenant SaaS administration
Each organization receives an isolated workspace with member administration, audit history, custom branding, role controls, and support for verified custom domains alongside the common Vault18 URL.
